These promotions recognize three excellent women leaders for demonstrating outstanding leadership competencies, having positively impacted the growth of the business, and for their contributions to the ongoing development of our staff and culture.
Tracy Bowers, CPA, Principal, has been with the firm for over six years and served as a Director in our nonprofit practice. She oversees the outsourced accounting team and serves as a trusted advisor to clients providing them with guidance and assistance on transactions, internal controls, and overall internal operating effectiveness. “We are incredibly fortunate to have Tracy join our leadership team. Heather Dean, CPA, CAE, Principal provides accounting, advisory, and outsourcing services to nonprofits and professional service organizations. Her expertise includes more than 25 years of experience in all facets of finance and operations, including FP&A, internal controls, business process re-engineering and optimization, and accounting department management. Robyn Zampella, PMP, Principal, joined Cordia to lead our Unanet practice. She provides advisory, program management, and implementation services to government contractors and other professional services organizations. Robyn has a passion for educating clients and staff on the importance of solving people, process, and technology challenges to achieve operational efficiency. “Robyn’s value goes well beyond her Unanet and project management skills.
